About This Site

As stated on the home page, this is my reality escape from social media. I found myself doomscrolling Instagram and I wanted to put and end to it so I deleted my account. I still kinda want to have an online presence as well as a place to share my art without actively promoting it. This basically means you need a community to do that.

I have had a personal web page for a decade but no one finds it unless I promote it somewhere. I'm not that type of person, so nobody will ever see my art. There's Deviantart of course, but since their pretty loose policy on AI, I started to avoid that platform as well.

I don't really remember how I ran into indieweb community, but it all started with tinkering with Neocities. Later on I discovered Nekoweb which had better free features so I moved my site there. At these platforms I can actually be found without investing in much of marketing.

This all is pretty new to me, I also started blogging which I've never really done before. The site might also become over time as my little playgound with different widgets and whatnots. I'll see what I come up with!
